will take place from October 12 to 18 at the Paradise Village Hotel in Riviera Nayarit, under the theme “Connecting minds, connecting souls.” This will mark the 17th edition of one of the most prestigious culinary events in Mexico and Latin America, bringing together renowned chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers from across the globe, including Michelin-starred chefs, 50 Best, and Top Chef participants.
Throughout the week, guests will enjoy exclusive dinners set in stunning beachfront locations around the bay, wine tastings led by expert sommeliers, gourmet product samplings, and workshops designed for both industry professionals and the general public. In 2024, the event welcomed over 14,700 attendees and hosted 73 events in one week, featuring representatives from seven Mexican states and seven countries, solidifying its role as a key platform for culinary and cultural exchange.
